Every cloud plan includes a fixed public IPv4 kept for the full subscription.

Traffic is unmetered in every region, with no volume cap or per-GB charges. Standard hosting in Europe and the United States; custom server locations worldwide on request. Each server has its own premium-transit uplink, not shared with another server.

Enterprise

Managed cloud or self-hosted for satellite teleports, IRD workflows and control-room interconnection. Multi-region architecture (EU / US / APAC), dedicated engineering on transmission days and a custom SLA can be scoped to your project.

Frequently asked questions

How does the 30-day free trial work?

Sign up without a credit card. For 30 days you can test live routing and multi-input failover within trial limits: 4 routes, 100 Mbps, and one hardware transcode. A separate playout evaluation can be arranged on request. At the end of the trial, subscribe to keep your routes running. If you don't subscribe, your account is suspended (read-only) and your config is preserved for 7 days before being purged.

What's the difference between Cloud Indie and Cloud Solo?

Cloud Indie already includes SRTLA bonding for cellular contribution. Cloud Solo adds more routes, more bandwidth, multi-input failover, and direct Slack support. If you need redundancy between two independent sources or ISPs, Solo is the right tier.

When do I need Cloud Pro?

Cloud Pro is for production setups that need hardware transcoding (QSV / NVENC) — typically when you ingest 1080p60 H.265 and need to output an H.264 ladder. It also bumps you to 8 routes and 400 Mbps. If you're routing without transcoding, Solo or Indie is enough.

Do I get a fixed IPv4 address?

Yes. Every cloud plan includes a fixed public IPv4 that stays assigned to your instance for the full duration of your subscription, so broadcasters, CDNs, partners, and firewalls can allowlist it safely.

Is traffic really unmetered?

Yes, in every region, including Asia and Australia. There is no traffic volume cap and no per-GB or traffic overage charge.

Can I receive an unexpected usage or overage bill?

No. There is no usage-based billing after the fact. Your subscription covers the traffic, bandwidth, CPU/GPU resources, and processing capacity included in your plan. There are no charges per GB, compute hour, transcoding minute, or output. Any additional capacity or option is explicitly ordered and prepaid before activation—never added automatically or billed afterwards.

Can I change plans mid-cycle?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Manage everything from the Stripe Customer Portal — link in your billing emails.

How do I cancel?

Through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No questions, no retention call.

Do you offer on-premise / self-hosted licenses?

Yes. Deploy Vajracast on your own servers at a broadcast facility, satellite teleport or data center. Connect satellite IRDs, encoders and control rooms through UDP and SRT. Choose raw relay, MPEG-TS remuxing without re-encoding, or audio/video processing as needed. Byte-exact transport also requires source continuity preservation in the route and no processing. Select the local interface for external UDP multicast; raw unicast output follows the server’s routing. Recording, channel playout, native NDI and ST 2110 outputs are also available on compatible infrastructure. Self-hosted licenses are contracted separately from cloud plans. Contact us to discuss your workflow.

What currency is billing in?

USD. Stripe handles currency conversion automatically for cards billed in other currencies — your bank applies its standard FX rate. EUR pricing on request for enterprise customers.
